Two of the main ingredients in this tea is red raspberry leaf and dandelion leaf.  It allows for oxygen to find it's way back to the reproductive organs bringing along with it high amounts of iron, potassium, magnesium calcium, phosphorus, zinc, B vitamins, and vitamin C.
